From : Ararat Regional Art Gallery FACEBOOK and Carole Mules' feedback:
Ararat Regional Art Gallery 4月1日 · 編輯紀錄
It was great to welcome artist Zhou Xiaoping to Ararat yesterday. Xiaoping spoke at two screenings of the film 'Ochre and Ink' at Ararat's Astor Cinema. 'Ochre and Ink' documents Xiaoping's collaboration with Aboriginal artists in Arnhem Land. The first screening was presented to senior secondary school students. Last night 'Ochre and Ink' was presented to a general audience followed by a Q&A session with Xiaoping.
Xiaoping is represented in Ararat Regional Art Gallery's current presentation of the touring exhibition, 'Made in China, Australia' with an amazing ink painting.
Carole Mules: Congratulations to Anthony and staff of Ararat Regional Art Gallery on bringing Zhou Xiaoping to Ararat! Brilliant artist talk from a sensitive artist and the film extended the experience. These art events put Ararat on the map!
